- Write down 5 things you are grateful for every morning.
- Never argue with anyone, including yourself.
- Celebrate success more often even the smallest success can help you to boost confidence.
- Acknowledge your mistakes. Guilt will kill you.
- Stop looking at other people just focus on yourself.
- Allow yourself to be vulnerable but be mindful of those things that tear you apart.
- Stay away from those things, they are what you called “negativity”.
- Declutter by throwing away old unneccesary things that you haven’t used for a long time. (ex. clothes, shoes, or people!) 🙃
- Use more positive words – Say “Thank You” more often.
- Don’t overuse the word “I’m Sorry”.
- Cry for an hour or half , that’s normal when you feel sad but don’t sweat it.
- Spend more time being alone. Enjoy yourself, remember this won’t kill you!
